Temporary Lull

There will be less available than usual on Saturday August 31st due to an unexpectedly busy week.  However, the following staples will be on tap.

Broccoli @ $ 1.00 per head
Rhubarb @ $ 2.00 per pound
Swiss Chard @ $ 2.00 per bag
Chicory @ $ 2.00 per bag
Lettuce (limited supply) @ $ 2.00 per bag
Green tomatoes (suitable for pickling) @ $ 1.00 per pound
Potatoes (not pretty but still delicious) @ $  .50 per pound
Carrots (limited supply) @ $ 2.50 per bunch
Fennel (small) @ $ 1.00 each
Baby leeks (just like bunching onions) @ $ 2.00 per bunch
Purple basil @ $ 2.00 per bunch
Dill @ $ 2.00 per bunch
Cabbage @ $ 2.00 per head

Rose Cottage Garden will be open from 9:00 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m. on Saturday Aug. 31st.  (The later start is a result of delayed picking on Friday.  Hooray rain!)
