A Glorious Time to Be Alive

The Earth is a bountiful planet, and even in these dry summer days my little plot still manages to produce.  Yes, there should be more, but I am grateful for what my parched soil has gifted me this week.

Rhubarb - freshly cut, bright red, and brimming with goodness
@ $ 2.00 per pound (leaves removed)

Spinach - Bloomsdale long-standing (large leaf) @ $ 2.00 per large bag

Lettuce - Bibb, larger and darker than last week's supply @         $ 2.00 per bag

Garlic scapes - freshly cut, and once the supply runs out, that's it for the season @ $  .25  each

Basil - leaves, freshly picked, limited quantities @ $ 2.00 per small bag

Radishes - mixed colours, simply delicious @ $ 1.50 per bag

Snow peas - limited supply,  although there will be more in the weeks to come @ $ 2.50 per small bag

Young globe turnips @ $ 2.50 a bunch

Mint - cut upon request - $ 1.00 per generous bunch

Garden hours for Saturday July 14th - 8:00 a.m. to noon so shop early while supplies last.
